There are a few things we would like to make sure you are aware and agree to when you come to AWE events or Apply to Awards
1. Event payments are non-re-fundable once paid.
2. You agree all photos taken during event shall be used to market AWE organization only. This include private photos taken by attendees should be clearly be used to reflect positive image of AWE organization. AWE org name should be well mentioned on all public photos. AWE is not accountable of any private photos made. As best practice and out of respect please ask for permission from all people included on the photos.
3. All applicants of AWE awards must attend the Award ceremony unless clearly communicated well in advance and a fee will be charged for withdrawing. This is to cover marketing cost.
-To apply For AWE Awards we do not accept application from applicants who were candidates in the past 5 years. regardless of if they were nominees or Awards winners.
4. Tickets have to be paid in advance no ticket sale at the door. This is to make sure everyone has a place to sit and dinner costs are well paid in advance.
5. AWE will not pay for any guests accommodations. In special cases AWE will reserve rooms and individuals will pay for their own accommodation
6. AWE will not be responsible of any personal dispute or accidents occurring during and after the event. Make sure you are well covered by your private health and travel insurance.
7. All AWE Events will follow legal rules of respective country that they will be held in.
8. To ensure we comply with new (UK & EU) General Data Protection Regulations that come into effect in May 2018 we want to make sure we have your permission to hold your data marketing purposes and that we have your permission to email you. Emails are tracked for training and marketing purposes only. Your data is never sold or shared with any 3rd party.
